They are still young so they should not really have a deep storyline. It show how carefree high schoolers are because they should be. I enjoy how the problems get resolved fast so we can have more fluff but still grounds a little bit of reality. I don't really understand what is a good pace but I'm pretty sure this is. Rutta to Kodama has a good pace in my opinion. I do enjoy cliches but I mainly use it to clear my head *cough cough paradise view cough cough* I mean why is it cliched.right because most (most, ok) makes a good plot or fills someone with delight. Sometime a light and cliched manga can fill your heart. With the delinquent and the lover that fixes him but whatever. I know some very good yaoi but this one is always the first that comes up in my head. Yes I know Rutta to Kodama is not the best yaoi out there but it has a special place in my heart. They spend the days together and lives happily ever after.I think (still not over paradise view :sob: ) Guy's (Kodama) roommate Rutta ,a delinquent, (yep, I know it's cliched) randomly confesses to Kodama :heart. After seeing Rutta’s injuries caused from excessive fighting, Kodama finally decided to face the truth and accepted him. Kodama was unsure of his own feelings after Rutta’s confession. They were sexy and all, but I felt like they weren't necessary and I don't like when writers do that.Rutta changed from a delinquent to a nice guy because of his new roommate, Miyagi Kodama.

The othe thing I disliked was the fact that I felt like sometimes (maybe 2-3 times overall) sex scenes were thrown in just to be there. The only things I did not like in the story is that it is too short, I would have liked to see more (in college for example) and also learn a bit more about the supporting characters.

Overall, I really enjoyed this story and I think anybody who had a long relationship before will like it too. see undevelopded characters, because they are really well created and have a nice personnality. And even if the story is simple, don't expect to It just feels real, I could really see myself in the characters and some parts. It may seem too simple and maybe boring, but it's not. It just tells a story about two boys dating and how their couple and feeling grow as time passes. Most love stories focus on the getting to getter/starting dating part, but not this one and this is what I like the most about it. The story of this manga is just so realistic, I love it. This is more like a ''Why you should read this manga'' than a review.
